I support people who are living between cultures, identities, and ways of relating.
For lives that don’t fit into neat boxes, and don’t necessarily want to.

About Me
My background brings together behavioral and developmental support, education, and Nonviolent Communication (NVC),
shaped by more than 16 years of experience working across different therapeutic modalities. Alongside this, I have trained in
relationship and intimacy skills through the Somatica Institute, deepening my understanding of nervous system regulation,
somatic awareness, embodiment, and relational dynamics.
I support LGBTQIA+, kink positive, polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous, and neurodiverse people with care, respect,
and an understanding of how often these identities and experiences are excluded or misunderstood within educational and
therapeutic spaces.
Growing up between cultures and have spent much of my life living, traveling, and working across different cultural contexts,
I don’t experience belonging as fixed to one place or identity. Instead, my sense of culture is shaped by movement, adaptation,
and the many worlds I’ve lived within.
What I offer is shaped by lived experience as much as professional practice. I bring this perspective into my work by meeting
people where they are, without shame. I understand intersectionality as something lived in the body and in daily life, and how
holding multiple identities shapes how we move through the world.
Who I Work With
If this sounds like you, you may feel out of place in traditional structures or spent a lot of time feeling like you don’t quite fit what’s expected. You might be neurodivergent, moving between cultures or identities, part of LGBTQIA+ or kink-affirming communities, polyamorous or exploring relationships outside conventional norms. You may be looking for ways of living and relating that feel more honest and aligned.
You might be experiencing:
masking or adapting to belong
exhaustion from trying to meet expectations that don’t fit
difficulty expressing needs or boundaries
guilt, shame or isolation around identity or relationships
longing for clearer, more mutual connection
How We’ll Work Together

less strained, with partners, friends, family, and
yourself

within themselves and in
relationship with others.”
